Everything turned out to be way more than I could've ever hoped for. I think everyone had a great time. Yeah, of course, I had my moments of "oh crap, what do I do now?", or "I thought I shared the plan with everyone"... or "Ahhh! Just do whatever you want! I don't want to think anymore!" When it's 2:00 AM and you're just trying to finish up so you can get some ZZzzz's in your system before you have to get up and start all over again, anything goes! Just glad it's all over with and now I can concentrate on getting some rest before baby Alyssa makes her appearance in just another 14 weeks!
I'm so glad every one of our immediate and closest family members were there to share that special day and that we were able to have a few of our closest friends as well. If I had to choose my favorite part of our day, I would have to say the sand ceremony would be at the top of my list. Just seeing Annjulia's little eyes surprised and how the sparkled when she found out we were including her in our unity ceremony... She's a huge part of our new family, of course. How could we not? And just seeing her happy and enjoying every bit of day along with us was awesome. She also looked like a little princess.
Seeing Tito standing there waiting for me... in his white suit... it almost brought tears to my eyes. There I was, about to be given away to the man of my dreams... the man I know I will love forever. I wasn't worried anymore about what could go wrong in this our day... Oh no... It was just a magical bliss that I will remember and cherish forever...
So now, we concentrate on building our family... The Castillo's. I couldn't ask for more.
