First Ultrasound Pictures

This is our little peanut at 9w1d. We have another appointment on 1/5/09 at 13 weeks. Hope to hear the heartbeat then!

Bets are on: is it a boy or a girl? I call it's a boy. I'll have to update you on that one! Will find out in another 10 weeks or so.

1st Post

I am 10 weeks pregnant and I just got engaged! Phew! Talk about being overwhelmed. I am so excited for everything that is happening, and definitely feel as if my life is finally falling into place.

Pregnancy
If it wasn't for the emotional roller coaster, the constant sleeping "dates" with the couch in the middle of my shows, movies, etc., and slowly protruding pouch, I would've never guessed I was pregnant. Fortunately for me, morning sickness has not been an issue, yet, during this pregnancy. Other than a few scares during weeks 5 and 6, we're getting through this pretty comfortably. Do I really feel pregnant yet? Not really. But that's ok, those days are coming, and approaching very quickly...

Wedding
So here we go... Decisions, decisions, decisions. Tito and I know we'd be perfectly happy with getting hitched at the courthouse and making things simple. However, being the only daughter, I highly doubt that the parents will agree. This will be the only chance to see their daughter walk down the isle, so we'll see how those conversations go. I'm definitely sticking to the small and simple idea. Family and intimate friends should suffice. We'll see where we go from here.
